I met Jetcon on social media shortly after I joined the company. At that time, I only knew that he was engaged in solar industry, but I didn't know exactly what he did. Sometimes I saw his dynamic opportunity to comment, although I also regarded him as my potential customer intentionally or unintentionally, but I didn't market our products.
It continued for half a year. Suddenly one day, he saw the product news I posted and asked me for the price. After asking for some technical data sheets, certifications, quality assurance and other information, he decided to start business with us. Purchase a batch of solar panels and try them out first. In this way, we launched our first cooperation in August 2021. After receiving the goods, Jetcon felt that our quality was very good. Then, we were honored to be his supplier. From solar panels, to inverters, brackets, cables, etc., he would purchase directly from us. Nearly 10 cabinets were placed last year.
This year, due to the unstable price of solar panels, the price has been falling. Jetcon originally said that he would place an order in March, but due to various reasons, he has not placed the order. After several months of communication and coordination, we also thought of various ways and try our best to meet the needs of Jetcon as much as possible, and finally we started a new year of cooperation.
