GAMKO SOLAR PROJECT IN UKRAINE

Foreign ministers of German, Annalena Baerbock visit Gamko solar project in Ukraine, the solar power plant was completed in the second half of 2023.

A solar photovoltaic power station is a power station that converts solar radiation energy into electrical energy through a solar cell array. It is called a solar photovoltaic power station. Solar photovoltaic power stations can be divided into independent solar photovoltaic power stations and grid-connected solar photovoltaic power stations according to their operation modes.

Solar photovoltaic power stations that are not connected to the public grid and provide independent power supply are called off-grid photovoltaic power stations. It provides power to special places such as coastal and inland navigation marks, cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines, meteorological power stations, highways and border posts. The independent system consists of a solar cell array, system controller, battery pack, DC/AC inverter, etc.

Solar photovoltaic power stations that are connected to the public grid and share the power supply task are called grid-connected photovoltaic power stations. It is an important development direction for solar photovoltaic power generation to enter the stage of large-scale commercial power generation and become an integral part of the power industry. It is the mainstream trend in the development of solar photovoltaic power generation technology in the world today. The grid-connected system consists of a solar cell array, a system controller, a grid-connected inverter, etc.
